Master Care-Givers is non-profit organization that serves people with developmental and intellectual disabilities on the Medicaid waiver. We also do recreational programs for individuals with physical and mental disabilities at the Nathaniel's Community Gymnasium in Groveland, FL. Master Care-givers works closely with Hope Torchlighter's Buddy Break and the Special Olympics Florida.
At Master Care-Givers, our vision is to empower every child and adult with special needs to discover their inner athlete, if they choose. We are committed to breaking the stigma associated with developmental disabilities, demonstrating that a disability does not preclude living a healthy, active lifestyle. Even if our clients do not aspire to be athletes, we strive to help them live purposeful lives and achieve their dreams. We aim to redefine caregiving by fostering a culture of respect, compassion, and excellence in care, inspiring individuals to support and uplift our clients as valued members of the community.
